A landlocked nation of South America, Bolivia radiates a charming culture that sweeps across eastern lowlands, western highlands, and endless salt flats. Generous community members await each CHOICE expedition in the famed Altiplano region amidst Andean peaks at 13,000 feet above sea level.
Participants will be working on a smaller community water system. This will involve digging trench work, hauling materials, and laying piping. Participants of all skill sets are welcome to join.
Hisca Hoco is a small community of roughly 250 people comprised of 80 families. They have been working with CHOICE since 2014 and are eager to complete the second phase of their ecological classroom and water system.
